Return Policy

So here is everything you need to know regarding Returns / Exchanges / Refunds.

Size doesn’t fit too well?

If you’d like a Return or Exchange, here are the conditions:

  • Exchanges/returns are eligible within 5 days (Colombo) and 7 days (Outstation) after receiving the package.
  • If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will exchange it according to available stock at the time.
  • Products are eligible only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels/tags intact and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer. If the mistake is on our side, we will gladly exchange the item.
  • Items not meeting these standards cannot be processed for return/exchange.

How to return

  1. Ensure the return standards above are met.
  2. Send the item to our warehouse: 242/m Neelammahara, Boralasgamuwa.
  3. Once received, our agent will call you regarding the return.
  4. We will then return your item to your location.
